Founded in 2003, Lehman Insurance Agency has always been a family business built on relationships, trust, and personal service.
Kipp Lehman joined the agency in 2012, working alongside his father, Steve Lehman, who founded the business and built its long-standing reputation for exceptional customer care. Over the years, Kipp expanded his expertise as a producer, bringing fresh energy and new technology to the agency while learning the business from the ground up.
After a decade of working together, Kipp proudly took over as owner and primary agent in 2023, continuing the legacy his father began. He remains dedicated to the same principles that shaped the agency from the start while also modernizing services to meet today’s needs.
He lives in Livermore with his wife and family, and takes great pride in carrying forward his father’s legacy.

Connie Eason-Freitas brings over 30 years of insurance experience to the Lehman Insurance Agency.
She joined the Farmers Insurance Group in 1996, working with both District Office Managers and local agents. She joined the Lehman Insurance Agency in 2007 as an Insurance Specialist, licensed in CA for both Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life and Health insurance.
